1.Engraving machine in continuous running for ten hours every day, must ensure the cooling water cleaning and water pump normal work, must not let the water spindle motor to be short of water. Replace cooling water regularly to avoid too high water temperature. In winter, if the working environment of the engraving machine is too low, the water inside the tank can be changed into antifreeze.

2.Every time you use the engraving machine, you should pay attention to cleaning. You must clean the dust on the transmission system, and lubricate the transmission system regularly. (Note: the polished rod of X, Y, and Z three axis should be maintained by machine oil; Add some high speed butter to the screw rod;The work temperature is low in winter, the polished rod and the screw rod can be cleaned with kerosene firstly, then add machine oil.Otherwise, There will be too much resistance in the transmission parts of the engraving machine, causing the machine to be misaligned)

3.Be sure to cut off the power when maintaining and testing the machine.Wait until the monitor does not show and the main circuit power indicator goes out.

4.After three months use, the engraving machine should be checked for fasteners. The connecting screws on both sides of the gantry, the fastening screws of the motor on both sides and the fastening screws of the feed screw nut all need to be tightened again.
